Preparation

  • Oil or butter (best oil that is healthier)
  • 400 g (approximately) of mushrooms, fresh or frozen
  • 200 g (about) shredded tofu
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
  • 3 or 4 cloves garlic, crushed media (I do not get many, 1 or 2)
  • A little lemon zest (this gives a very nice touch)
  • 350 g (approximately) of puff pastry
  • Soy milk

Preparation:
